Abstract:

This proposed rule would address a misalignment between actual program practices and terminology in HUD’s Part 883 regulations and the associated Housing Assistance Payments contract when a Project-Based Contract Administrator or HUD succeeds the State Housing Finance Agency as contract administrator.
