Abstract:

This proposed rule would amend the Federal Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards (MHCSS) and associated manufactured housing program regulations by aligning the MHCSS with recent rulemaking from the Department of Energy (DOE), Energy Conservation Standards for Manufactured Housing (10 CFR part 460).
