Title: Diseases Associated With Exposure to Certain Herbicide Agents (Bladder Cancer, Parkinsonism, and Hypothyroidism) | |
Abstract:
VA is withdrawing RIN 2900-AR45, titled, Diseases Associated with Exposure to Certain Herbicide Agents (Bladder Cancer, Parkinsonism, and Hypothyroidism)” from the Unified Agenda because the provisions of this rulemaking will be incorporated into an existing active regulatory action (RIN 2900-AR10, titled, Updating VA Adjudication Regulations for Disability or Death Benefit Claims Related to Exposure to Certain Herbicide Agents”), currently on the Unified Agenda. More specifically, with the signing of the PACT Act, the provisions contained in the AR45 regulation would update the same parts of Title 38 CFR (3.307). Therefore, it would be more efficient to combine the provisions of the PACT Act into one Regulatory action (RIN 2900-AR10). |
