Title: Designating National Security Positions 
Abstract:

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) intends to issue modification to regulations regarding the designation of national security positions, to remove the duplicative and obsolete sections of 5 CFR part 732 that were superseded by 5 CFR part 1400 and, jointly with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, to amend and update 5 CFR part 1400 references to Executive Order 10450. Additionally, modifications must be made to include requirements mandated by the SECRET Act of 2018.
