Title: Maximum Line Speed Under the New Poultry Inspection System | |
Abstract:
In September 2022, FSIS finalized a contract with a third-party team of worker safety experts to evaluate the impact of increased line speeds on establishment workers. At the conclusion of this evaluation, the Agency will review all relevant evidence to determine whether to initiate a rulemaking to change the maximum line speed for plants participating in the New Poultry Inspection System. |
