Title: Additional Policy and Regulatory Revisions in Response to the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency; Temporary Increase in Federal Medical Assistance Percentage (FMAP) (CMS-9912)
Abstract:

This interim final rule with comment period revised regulations to set forth flexibilities in the public notice requirements and post-award public participation requirements for State Innovation Waivers during the public health emergency (PHE) for COVID-19.  Given potentially changed circumstances since publication of the interim final rule and other policy considerations, the final rule modifies the temporary increase in Federal Medical Assistance Percentage (FMAP) in response to the PHE.
