Title: Rulemaking on Discrimination on the Basis of Disability in Health and Human Services Programs or Activities 
Abstract:

This proposed rule would revise regulations under section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 to address unlawful discrimination on the basis of disability in HHS-funded health and human services programs. Covered topics may include nondiscrimination in medical treatment, child welfare programs and activities, value assessment methods, accessible medical equipment, information and communication technology, and other relevant health and human services activities.
