Title: Cruise Vessel Security and Safety Act of 2010: Implementation 
Abstract:

The Coast Guard proposes regulations to comply with the Cruise Vessel Security and Safety Act of 2010 (CVSSA), which includes the requirement to issue implementing regulations. The supplemental proposed rule will clarify definitions, update existing regulations, and propose performance standards to comply with CVSSA. We will also propose to implement requirements from the   Alaska  Tourism  Restoration  Act, including automated external defibrillator (AED) carriage requirements.
