Title: ●DUKW Amphibious Passenger Vessel Requirements 
Abstract:

Section 11502(f) of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (NDAA), Public Law 117-263 requires that the Commandant implement specific interim design and operational requirements applicable to DUKW Amphibious Passenger Vessels (as defined in section 11502(h)(2) of the Act). This interim rule will adopt the interim requirements in section 11502(f) of the Act within 46 CFR subchapter T and provide an opportunity to comment on the requirements.
