Abstract:

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is publishing this Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPRM) soliciting information pertaining to and requesting comments to assist in the potential development of regulations to consider potential impacts to small farms related to reporting animal waste air emissions of extremely hazardous substances under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA). The ANPRM is associated with the NPRM Reporting Requirements for Emissions from Animal Waste under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act” (RIN 2050-AH28).
