Abstract:

This rulemaking would establish minimum standards and requirements for the implementation of the NEVI Formula Program under Title 23 of the United States Code, as required by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, Pub. L. 117-58 (Nov. 15, 2021), Paragraph (2) under the Highway Infrastructure Program heading in title VIII of division J.
