This rulemaking would propose requirements to protect pedestrian heads impacting vehicle hoods. NHTSA initiated this rulemaking following the establishment of the Global Technical Regulation (GTR) by the UNECE´s World Forum for the Harmonization of Vehicle Regulations (WP.29). |
