Title: ●Charitable Donation Accounts 
Abstract:

This notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) permits federal credit unions to make donations through a charitable donation account, as defined in 12 CFR 721.3(b)(2), to certain veterans groups defined under section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code.  The NPRM will also ask stakeholders what other groups should be permissible recipients of donations through a charitable donation account.
