DoD, GSA, and NASA are amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement part of section 822(a) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (Pub. L. 117-263), pertaining to updates to dollar limits reflected at 50 U.S.C. 1431.
