Title: USAID AIDAR: Security and Information-Technology Requirements
Abstract:

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) is publishing a final rule that would amend its Acquisition Regulation (AIDAR) to incorporate:  1) a revised definition of "information technology"; 2) revised requirements for contractors' access to the Agency's facilities and/or information systems; and 3) other requirements related to information security and information technology.
