Title: Forest and Grassland Climate Resilience 
Abstract:

This rulemaking builds on ongoing work to implement section 2 of Executive Order 14072, Strengthening the Nation’s Forests, Communities, and Local Economies, including public comment received and ongoing Tribal consultation on the Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking and the public comment received and Tribal consultation for the related Request for Information (RFI) on mature and old-growth forest definition, identification, and inventory. This rulemaking tackles the climate crisis.
