Abstract:
EDA is eliminating the regulation located at 13 CFR 303.5 that describes how EDA planning grant funds may be used for various administrative expenses related to developing short- and long-term planning documents. Eligibility of these costs are already addressed in Governmentwide cost principles in 2 CFR part 200. |
