Abstract:
This rule authorizes the Department of Commerce to establish and implement a Global Markets Fellowship Program that attracts and prepares outstanding young people for Foreign Commercial Service careers in the International Trade Administration. Under this Program the Secretary may make competitive grants to institutions of higher education or students. |
