Title: Export Administration Regulations: Corrections and Clarifications 
Abstract:

In this rule, the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) amends the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) by making targeted editorial corrections and clarifications.  These errors were inadvertent and failure to correct them could cause confusion and impede the free flow of commerce. This rule ensures language and policies already set forth in the EAR remain consistent throughout.
