Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement a policy to require representations for open market micro-purchases in connection with the prohibition on contracting for certain telecommunications and video surveillance services or equipment at Federal Acquisition Regulation section 13.201, paragraph (j).
