Title: Privacy Act of 1974; Rule Rescindment  
Abstract:

The Department of Defense (DoD) is rescinding exemption rules previously established to exempt one or more DoD system(s) of records notices (SORNs) from provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974. Due to the rescindment of one or more exempt DoD SORNs, the associated exemption rules for those SORNs are being rescinded as well.
