Title: Modifications to Performance Standards During Natural Disasters and Other Calamities 
Abstract:

The rule establishes standards allowing ACF/OCSS to provide State child support programs with relief from certain child support program performance penalties due to natural disasters and other calamities (e.g., pandemics, and public health emergencies), when such events have a negative impact on State child support program operations.
