Title: Management and Protection of the National Petroleum Reserve in Alaska(Section 610 Review) 
Abstract:

This proposed rule would assure maximum protection of Special Areas in the NPR-A pursuant to and consistent with the provisions of the Naval Petroleum Reserves Production Act of 1976 (90 Stat. 303; 42 U.S.C. 6501 et seq.), Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act, and other applicable authorities.
