Title: Minerals Management: Adjustment of Cost Recovery Fees 
Abstract:

The BLM regulations provide that mineral fees will be adjusted annually according to changes in the implicit Price Deflator for Gross Domestic Product, which is published quarterly by the U.S. Department of Commerce.  This annual final rule updates those fees and service charges consistent with that direction.
