Title: Public Conduct on Bureau of Reclamation Facilities, Lands and Waterbodies 
Abstract:

The revisions to this rule clarify regulations that maintain law and order and protect persons and property on Bureau of Reclamation facilities, lands, and waterbodies. The rule revises existing definitions for the use of aircraft and the possession of firearms; updates regulations on camping, swimming, and winter recreation for the wide range of circumstances found across Bureau of Reclamation facilities, lands, and waterbodies; and clarifies the permitting of memorials and reburials on Bureau of Reclamation lands.

Statement of Need:
