Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Reclassification for the Northeastern Bulrush
Abstract:

FWS is reassessing the listing status of northeastern bulrush (Scirpus ancistrochaetus), listed as endangered under the Endangered Species Act. Our status determination will be based on the best available information as of the time of publication. Based on the assessment, FWS may propose to downlist or delist the species, unless FWS determines no change in its status is warranted. The northeastern bulrush is a plant found in Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Virginia, and West Virginia.
