Title: Streamlining FWS Permitting of Rights-of-Way 
Abstract:

This revised proposed rule would update and streamline FWS regulations for permitting of rights-of-way by aligning FWS processes more closely with those of other Department of the Interior bureaus, to the extent practicable, consistent with applicable law.
