Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Endangered Species Status for Texas Kangaroo Rat and Designation of Critical Habitat 
Abstract:

FWS will make a final determination on our proposal to list the Texas kangaroo rat (Dipodomys elator) as an endangered species under the Endangered Species Act. This rodent is found in Texas. FWS will also make a final determination on our proposal to designate critical habitat for the Texas kangaroo rat.
