Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination and Critical Habitat Designation for the Spot-Tailed Earless Lizards 
Abstract:

FWS will make a listing determination, based on the best available scientific and commercial data, for the Plateau spot-tailed earless lizard (Holbrookia lacerata) and Tamaulipan spot-tailed earless lizard (Holbrookia subcaudalis) under the Endangered Species Act. These lizards are found in Texas. FWS will also propose to designate critical habitat for the species, if prudent and determinable.
