Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination for the Dunes Sagebrush Lizard 
Abstract:

FWS will make a final determination on our proposal to list the dunes sagebrush lizard (Sceloporus arenicolus) as an endangered species under the Endangered Species Act. This lizard is found in New Mexico and Texas. We find the designation of critical habitat to be prudent but not determinable at this time.
