Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination for Two Madagascar Tortoises 
Abstract:

FWS will make listing determinations, based on the best available scientific and commercial data, for the spider tortoise (Pyxis arachnoides) and flat-tailed tortoise (Pyxis planicauda) under the Endangered Species Act. The spider tortoise and flat-tailed tortoise are found in Madagascar.
