Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Reclassification of North Park Phacelia  
Abstract:

FWS will reassess the listing status of the North Park phacelia (Phacelia formosula), a plant that is currently listed as endangered. The latest 5-year review for this species recommended delisting. Our status determination will be based on the best available information at the time of publication, which means that we may propose to downlist or delist the species, unless we determine no change in status is warranted. The North Park phacelia is found in Colorado.
