Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination and Critical Habitat Designation for West Virginia Spring Salamander  
Abstract:

FWS will make a listing determination, based on the best available scientific and commercial data, for the West Virginia spring salamander (Gyrinophilus subterraneus). This salamander is found in West Virginia. FWS will also propose to designate critical habitat for the species, if prudent and determinable.
