Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination for the Bi-State Distinct Population Segment of the Greater Sage-Grouse 
Abstract:

In accordance with a court order, FWS has initiated a new status review to determine whether the Bi-State distinct population segment (DPS) of the greater sage-grouse (Centrocercus urophasianus) meets the definition of an endangered or threatened species under the Endangered Species Act. This DPS is found in California and Nevada.
