Title: ●Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination and Critical Habitat Designation for Santa Ana Speckled Dace 
Abstract:

FWS will make a listing determination, based on the best available scientific and commercial data, for the Santa Ana speckled dace (Rhinichthys osculus) under the Endangered Species Act. This fish is found in California. If we determine that listing is warranted, we will also propose to designate critical habitat for the species, if prudent and determinable.
