Title: Big Cypress National Preserve; Off-Road Vehicles 
Abstract:

This proposed rule would amend special regulations for Big Cypress National Preserve. This rule would replace existing and outdated regulations for off-road vehicles (ORVs) and designate routes where motor vehicles may be used off roads. This proposed rule would be informed by civic engagement and public participation opportunities throughout the park planning process. The Preserve's Headquarters is located in Ochopee, Florida.
