Abstract:
This proposed rule would amend the special regulations for Cape Hatteras National Seashore to allow bicycle use on approximately 1.6 miles of a newly constructed trail in the Lighthouse District on Hatteras Island. This proposed rule would be informed by civic engagement and public participation opportunities throughout the park planning process. The Seashore’s Headquarters is located in Manteo, North Carolina. |
