Title: 105(l) Leases Under the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act (ISDEAA) 
Abstract:

This proposed rule would establish sideboards on what costs the Department of the Interior will pay Tribes for 105(l) leases including, for example, specific direction on the timing and scope of future 105(l) leases.
