Abstract:

The proposed rule would enable the Secretary to ensure that regulations allow Human Services workers to perform their duties by collecting receipts to ensure that trust funds are being spent in the best interests of the beneficiary, that the trust funds purchases are indeed what was approved for purchase, and that the expenditure of trust funds is in compliance with applicable court orders.
