Title: Child Pornography Victims Reserve | |
Abstract:
The Amy, Vicky, and Andy Child Pornography Victim Assistance Act of 2018 establishes the Child Pornography Victims Reserve to provide defined monetary assistance to eligible individuals who are depicted in child pornography that is the basis for certain convictions under chapter 110 of title 18 of the United States Code. The program will provide payment to such child pornography victims based on orders obtained in U.S. district courts. This proposed rule would describe the eligibility requirements and provide procedures for the submission and consideration of applications to the program. |
