Title: Process and Procedures for Issuance and Use of Guidance Documents 
Abstract:

On July 11, 2021, the Attorney General published an Interim Final rule to revoke two regulations for the development and use of guidance documents (28 CFR 50.26 and 50.27), which had been issued during the prior Administration.  Presently, the Department is considering a draft final rule to finalize the revocation of those two regulations.
