Title: Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Formula Grant Program Regulations 
Abstract:

The Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) is updating its Formula Grant Program rule.  OJP published a notice of proposed rulemaking for the OJJDP Formula Grant Program on August 8, 2016, and in early 2017 published a final rule.  In June 2021, OJP published an additional final rule removing certain provisions of the regulations that are no longer legally supported and to make technical corrections.  OJP now plans to publish another final rule removing additional provisions no longer legally supported, and to make technical corrections.  After that, OJP plans to publish a notice of proposed rulemaking with substantive amendments.
