Title: High-Wage Components of the Labor Value Content Requirements Under the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement Implementation Act
Abstract: The interim final rule implemented the provisions of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement Implementation Act, including the certification and verification of the high-wage components of the labor value content (wage protection) requirements of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement, in accordance with the authority granted to the Secretary of Labor under that Act. This rule is now at the final rule stage.
