Title: International Traffic in Arms Regulations: Minor Revisions to USML Categories IV, V, VIII, XI, and XV 
Abstract:

In response to public comments, the Department of State removes certain unnecessary notification requirements from the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and revises several entries on the United State Munitions List to remove items that do not warrant continued inclusion.
