Title: Amendment to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations: Regular Employee 
Abstract:

The Department of State proposes to amend the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) to update the definition of regular employee in ITAR section 120.39 to allow subject persons to work remotely, and to clarify the contractual relationships that meet the definition of regular employee.
