Title: ●Visas: Diversity Immigrants  
Abstract:

The Department of State proposes to amend regulations governing the Diversity Immigrant Visa Program (DV Program) to require petitioners to provide valid, unexpired passport information on their electronic entry form. In this NPRM, the Department also proposes to make technical updates to the regulations regarding submission of electronic photographs with DV entries, general technical updates based on current requirements that are now obsolete, changes to listed districts of Northern Ireland, and due to regulation, as well as changes in terminology to make the regulation more accessible and inclusive.
