Title: Modernization of Permit and Registration Application Requirements for Distilled Spirits Plants 
Abstract:

The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau is publishing a final rule following its proposal to modernize and streamline the distilled spirits plant application and registration requirements set forth in 27 CFR parts 1 and 19. This deregulatory measure is expected to reduce the burden on industry members with regard to the information that must be submitted as part of the permit and/or registration application.
