Title: Modifications to Rules Regarding Plan-Specific Substitute Mortality Tables 
Abstract:

These proposed regulations would provide rules regarding the use of mortality experience data during the COVID-19 pandemic in the development of plan-specific substitute mortality tables. These proposed regulations would also specify the treatment of pre-existing substitute mortality tables upon issuance of final regulations modifying the generally applicable mortality tables.
