Title: ●Federal Independent Dispute Resolution Fees | |
Abstract:
This document sets forth proposals related to the fees established in the No Surprises Act for the Federal independent dispute resolution (IDR) process, which was established as part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (CAA). This rule would propose the methodologies used to calculate the administrative fee and the certified IDR entity fee ranges for single and batched disputes. This document also proposes the amount of the administrative fee and the certified IDR entity fee ranges for disputes initiated on or after January 1, 2024. |
