Title: Individuals With Disabilities Education Act 
Abstract:

The Department intends to issue a proposed rule to modify the parental consent requirement in 34 CFR 300.154(d)(2)(iv) before an LEA accesses a child's or parent’s public benefits or insurance for the first time to pay for services identified on the child’s individualized education program (IEP) under IDEA Part B.
